We are back!
Sorry ’bout that. Redesigning the site took much longer than we had anticipated. Anyway…we are back. You might notice some changes. The Forum is now running within WordPress (see the sidebar on your right). We have retired the phpBB-based forum (much as I liked its speed and old-school vibe). You now have to log in with your WordPress credentials instead of the old (and now deprecated) phpBB login. Please let us know if you can’t access the forum! We can fix that.
More importantly, We are steering the blog in a different direction. We are beefing up the cooking section by adding more recipes and kitchen techniques. This is an ongoing project, so please bear with us. We also encourage the members of the site to participate in this effort. Please let us know if you are interested.
We’re still going to be covering those little hidden gems. We know a lot of you visit the site just for that. There are a bunch of posts in the queue now.
